Additional Information regarding the Policy:

• • If an order lacks tracking, is pending, expired, or in transit beyond (45 days for U.S. Luciderm will resend or refund at its expense (certain methods/destinations may be excluded)

• Delivered but Not Received or Damaged

  • No refund or replacement unless a non-delivery certification from the postal office is provided

  • If reported within 30 days of delivery with photo/video proof, a full refund or replacement will be issued. No return is typically required 

• Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Full refund or replacement provided with photo/video evidence, no return needed in most cases

• Order Cancellations

  • Full refunds available if the order is canceled before being processed and shipped. Note: Print-on-Demand (POD) and preorder items cannot be canceled after payment. Subscription & Credits Refunds

• Subscription Refunds

  • Only available if requested within 5 days of the charge and if no order credits were used

• Order Credits

  • Promotional credits are non-refundable, and top-up credits are refundable on a case-by-case basis if unused
